Planting Depth:  Do not cover with soil

SOWING: Prechill seed 1-2 weeks  before sowing. Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Or plant outdoors in well-drained soil in early spring, after all danger of frost,  when soil is 50-60°F. Do not cover seeds with  soil. Light aids germination.

SPACING & TRANSPLANTING: Transplant after all danger of frost has passed  and space 10 to 12 inches apart.

HARVEST: Harvest regularly to promote bloom of side shoots.  To harvest fresh, harvest when bells are formed and white flowers just opening.  To harvest dried harvest when bells are firm.

SUGGESTIONS:  Staking may be needed. Planting seed outdoors is recommended.

Annual - (One season plant). Plant produces colorful apple-green bell-shaped blossoms on 2 foot branching stems with small white flower clappers. An excellent filler for bouquets, both dried and fresh. Can also be used in back of beds, borders, and cottage gardens. People love this flower because the blooms complement most other flowers. Prefers growing in cool weather. Maturity: 90-110 Days
