SOWING: Seeds can be started outdoors 4 to 6 weeks before last spring frost.  Sow directly in soil 1/16 inch deep and cover with fine soil. Do not start indoors, does not transplant well.

THINNING AND TRANSPLANTING: When 2-3 inches, thin to 18 to 24 inches apart.

GERMINATION: 7-25 days, depending upon soil and weather conditions.

SUGGESTIONS: Once established, this plant requires a minimal amount of water.

It has an abundance of large, rounded, five to six inch flower heads that are made up of snow-white florets. Can grow in almost any soil type. Makes a great cut or dried flower. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Adds an airy and delicate appearance to your garden.
