SOWING: Direct-sow seeds outside after all danger of frost has passed to a depth of 1/16 inch. Can be sown in Fall in mild winter areas.

THINNING AND TRANSPLANTING: When seedlings are 2 to 3 inches high, thin to 8-12 inches apart. Replant thinned plants.

GERMINATION: 20-30 days, depending upon soil and weather conditions.

GROWING TIPS: Does not transplant well. Recommend  direct-seeding outside. Keep plants moderately moist during germination. Allow soil to dry somewhat between waterings. Cut back foliage when blooms have faded to prevent the plants from becoming woody.
