THINNING AND TRANSPLANTING: When seedlings are about 2 inches tall, thin or transplant to about 12 inches apart.
HARVEST: Harvest leaves continuously to encourage new growth. Cut tops of plants and dry in well ventilated place. Store dried leaves in airtight containers. (Use the heart shaped leaves fresh or dried for teas. Use fresh leaves in salads. Flowers are used to make dyes.)
SUGGESTIONS: Cats love fresh or dried leaves. Don't plant in areas where cats will be a nuisance. Plants are very easy to grow and do not require much care.
