SOWING: Sow seed directly outdoors from as soon as soil is workable. May be seeded directly outdoors in full sun or partial shade. Cover with 1/8 to 1/4 inch fine soil. Leave 12 to 18 inches between rows. Keep soil moderately moist during germination. To speed germination, soak seed in warm water for 24 hours before planting. (Can be grown indoors or outdoors).

THINNING AND TRANSPANTING: When seedlings are 2 inches high, thin/transplant to 8 to 12 inch apart. Plants do not transplant well.
SUGGESTIONS: Can be planted from Spring to Fall. To speed germination, soak seed in warm water for 24 hours before planting. Parsley grows best in a mostly sunny location with relatively rich, moist, well drained soil. Plants are quite cold hardy and can usually be harvested into the winter.
