SOWING: In fertile, well-drained soil after all danger of frost from spring to early summer. For "hill" culture, space 5-6 seeds in groups 4-5 apart. They are most delicious when picked between 8-12 inches. If left to grow on the ground they will curve into unusual shapes. When grown on a trellis or other support this cucumber will grow straight. An excellent slicer, and great for salads, and gourmet dishes. Tolerates dry conditions better than other varieties. Disease resistant to Mosaic virus. Harvest in 68 days.
